Yes you can, please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to bring your dog. We ask that you clean the campervan before bringing it back to us so it is free of pet hair, smells etc. Additional cleaning costs may be applied if the van is not properly cleaned. Maximum 2 small/medium dogs, camper not suitable for large dogs. No dogs on beds or furniture.
As long as you are careful with lights etc, you should be able to last without mains hook up for at least 5 days.
Collection is from our workshop in Thurlstone, Sheffield.
Yes you can leave your car with us for the duration of your trip. Whilst the car park is secure, we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to vehicles, including their contents whilst stored on our premises.
We will provide all the basics you need for your trip, you should only need clothes (but remember, while there is plenty of storage, there's no walk in wardrobe). If you prefer to bring your own bedding, just let us know.
Yes, we offer European cover, including breakdown cover, however we ask that you contact us with your travel details before booking if you plan to travel to Europe. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Up to 2 named drivers are fully insured to drive our campervan as long as all criteria is met and correct documents are provided for all drivers.

No, mileage is unlimited.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card. A security deposit is required, as stipulated by our insurers, a minimum of 3 days prior to hire.
Yes, our standard cover for 25 - 79 year olds who have held a full licence for at least 2 years requires a security deposit of £750. Drivers outside of these age limits may still be able to hire, but we may require a higher security deposit and insurance excesses may be more.
A non refundable 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to collection and the security deposit is required 3 days prior to collection.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted in our campervan.
Once your hire is booked, we will need a photocopy of your driving licence front and back (showing your current address) and two proofs of address dated within 90 days (If your booking is made outside of the 90 days, we will require up to date proof of address nearer to the time of hire. We will also need you to provide us with a DVLA check code https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your holiday and it is more than 6 weeks away, we will retain your deposit. If it is 6 weeks or less until your collection date, we will retain 100% of the hire cost. We recommend that you take out travel insurance as soon as you book with us in case a change in your circumstances forces you to cancel.
Of course you can, we would love you to familiarise yourself with our camper and get a feel for what it might be like.
